yeah - HOE are you going to eat all those?! :)
ummm...deviled eggs, egg salad sandwiches, potato salad (sliced across the top), by themselves w/ a bit of salt...luckily, they will last a while being hard boiled. I don't know, it wouldn't be hard for me because I love eggs...I don't know how big of a fan you are...
